SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hbillo Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the vendor's warehouse location.

3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide, including to Canada, Japan, Korea, and Australia.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Hbillo Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Multiple Items in One Order
Since we work with various global vendors to provide the best prices, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
7. Lost/Stolen Packages
Hbillo Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
