You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Because we process orders and vendor payouts quickly, we cannot accept return requests after this 7-day period has ended.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution: We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or a free replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Personal care products (beauty, skincare, etc.).

Items purchased on "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
5. Return Shipping Costs
