Return & Refund Policy – Hbillo
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as you received it.

It must be unworn or unused.

It must have all original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

It must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items returned without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hbillo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hbillo.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products).

Sale items or gift cards.

Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hbillo.com.
